  • State of Georgia v. M.K. – I successfully defended client in a sex-crimes case, who was charged in a multi-count indictment, including aggravated child molestation. If convicted client faced a maximum sentence of life in prison. After an extended jury trial, jury found client not guilty of all offenses.
